By submitting an enquiry or engaging with CFIGS through this website, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. Research Commencement

No research activities will begin until a formal research agreement is executed between Curtin University and the client.

2. Purpose of Scoping Documents

Any scoping documents provided are intended solely to facilitate preliminary discussions. They help align expectations regarding project scope, timeframes, and resource requirements but do not authorise the start of any work.

3. Indicative Pricing

All pricing and timelines communicated prior to any research agreement are indicative only. Final costs, milestones, and deliverables will be confirmed during contract negotiation and formalised in the signed research agreement.

4. No Obligation to Proceed

Submission of an enquiry does not obligate Curtin University or its researchers to enter into a research agreement.
